All in all, it was lovely base for travelling to Portsoy. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are excellent and comfortable.

We loved staying at Ailsa. The owner upon arrival was LOVELY. The hotel was adjacent to the awesome beach. There's the shore inn with nice shots a few steps away from the venue.

Food was good, staff was efficient. Location is in the middle of the city. We appreciated heating, ironing facilities and a clothes rack in the room. Moreover, bonus was free Wi Fi.
